Worst Nando's experience ever

What a nightmare<br> <br> My partner and I get to nando's as this is our favourite restaurant and we eat it twice a week and the type of attitude we received today was exceptionally way out of order. The waitress firstly serves us with a stinking attitude and then bring us very cold food. I'm not sure if this is the type of behaviour they give to all the customers or is it just the unfortunate few as they think the food they serve us is a form of charity because we pay for the food and the service we receive. I calmly ask for the manager and ask her to please indulge in our case but seems like they related to the waitress. She offers to warm our food which is unacceptable. She's seemingly give us the same attitude we received from the waitress and I turned the food back without eating and pay for whatever needed to be paid for. This is unacceptable behaviour. Because they still make a small meeting discussing about how we think we better and still not attend to us and we have to wait for them to dismiss their gossip before we pay. The one lady working at the tillpoint did apologise but then she got attacked by her colleague for trying to be nice to us as if we deserve poor service...
