Worst experience ever especially as a restaurant

Was at Nandos mt edgecombe, stood there for atleast 10 minutes with no one attending to us they was 7 staff members 2 just relaxing where customers sit, after deciding to make ourselves visable by entering inside and heading to the counter as my family sat in one of the sits they were advised not to sit there no explanation what given so ever nor given an alternative place to sit in we stood for another 15min with no one attending to us as we finally decided to leave sadly with the staff members looking at us and no one bothered to assist.
