Worst experience and I love Nandos!

I love Nandos Savannah and I order many times a week.. been to Nandos mall of the north today and it was an extremely horrible experience. It really put my off Nandos for life! The chicken that I had ordered was dry and raw. I tipped the lady to see to my food and make sure it was well done and saucy. Got home and it was the total opposite. Staff are rude and arrogant. They do not know how to speak to clients and don’t even have a smile on their faces. Worst experience and I will never order from there again and advice people to not support that specific Nandos!
