Worst Eating Experience at Nando's Maponya Mall

I'm a frequent customer of Nando's Maponya Mall,I've always received the best service for the past 2 years.All this changed today when I ordered a full chicken with 4 sides,the chicken that they served me & my family was not fully cooked,when we took bites we could still see a lot of blood on the chicken.We addressed the issue with the manager,but she wasn't extremely helpful & didn't show any compassion for the eating experience we were subjected too.I think the restaurant have lost one of their best loyal customers today,because of the overall experience.
