Worst Drive Thru
<p>Firstly the drive thru is meant to be faster but clearly Nandos Strubensvalley dont get it.Once you order you have to wait along time to get your food i even noticed people going in ordering they food and returning to their vehicles while we still wait in the drive thru.Secondly they cant take a simple order .I hade asked to have extra sauce in the 1/4 chichen meal i ordered .I confirmed with the cashier about extra sauce and she assured me ,got the pick up point and asked the guy twice before i drive off .He confidently said we put extra sauce.Just to get home and to my dissapointment it was dry as a bone.It is not the first time this as happened ,personally it happened about 3 times where i even spoke to the manager about it and he said it wont happen again .The second time it happen i even asked the lady if it means me paying for the extra sauce i wont mind paying to get my order right .Her answer to me is they wont know how to charge for the extra sauce.So to the owners of Nandos Strubensvalley SORT IT OUT........</p>
