Worst drive through

The drive through Nandos in Cornett drive are completely useless. You can wait to get your food for 10 mins in the queue of 2 cars ahead of me. They have no idea how to handle customers efficiently. When I finally get my food they tell me they don’t ha e the coke light and offer other drinks when I call the manager they did h e coke light cans but it’s not the same price as the buddy so I can’t have the coke light I ordered. When I get home the order is never right, either there is garnish on the burger when I asked for no garnish or the rolls are stale beyond comprehension. Last night I got a creme soda instead of a sprite. I order perinaise and it’s only in the bag maybe 50% of the time. It’s such a convenient location but when the manager is just has useless at helping you as the staff if you even get to talk to the manager it makes life difficult. Usually you only see what is wrong when you get home and with a drive through you can’t make people wait while you check your whole order. Seriously they need to up their game!!! Maybe get some advise from McDonald’s on Rivonia drive who actually know how to run a drive through brilliantly!!!
