Worst Delivery service no customer relations
<p>I I ordered telephonically from Nandos Polokwane in Grobler street Just up the road from us, at 12:00 from Nandos at 13:00 I still did not receive any delivery from them, I then phoned the store to find out about the order, they could not pick up my order and said there was no order placed by me with them, then at 14:05 I received a call asking what my address was they want to deliver, and when I placed the order I did give them the location and exact address, this is pathetic service waiting for an order for 2 hours and no one at the store could even help me! Absolutely disgusted with the service I received</p>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
