Worst customer service from Nandos Durbanville

Good day Nandos.

After going in store on Thursday evening to get dinner i left as a very unhappy customer.

I ordered the starter livers from the cashier and asked for an extra garlic roll also as the rolls are always delicious.

On the menu it states " starter livers with a nandos roll". That is what i ordered. But when getting my food there was no roll... just the extra cheese roll. They took my slip with the handover of my food.

I went in and spoke to the cashier and said the roll is not in the bag.. she said i only said i want the livers to which i said i pointed to the menu and said the livers with the roll. Long story going back and forth the Manager came to which he said i would have to pay for the roll( which according to menu should've been included) i said i wont pay for it as i asked for it and didn't get it. He then went on to tell me he'll give me free chips but i need to pay for the roll???? I declined this offer.

How is that making any sense? Rather give me the roll for free then?

He refused to help me and just stood there looking at me with a restuarant filled with customers.

I left without my roll that i was supposed to get.

This is unacceptable.
