WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am so disappointed with Nandos Carlton Centre in Johannesburg. I'm a loyal member of Nandos and have never experienced such problems with any Nandos until I entered the Carlton Centee one. Whe you get there it states trading hrs are from 10:00 until 20:30 then friday is 10:00 until 22:00 even on the website, however I called them at 19:20 to order for collection and some rude employee answered and told me they were closed. Now this is not the first time it happens, I'm just honestly sick & tires of their service and faulse adverti*****t of their working times unless if they aren't abiding buy the rules. The other time i got there after 19:00 and they were busy cleaning up and ordered meat and one of the employees was busy spraying by the griller and wiping, and the manager was just there, I asked hom if that isn't going into our meat and he gave me attitude. Nandos Carlton Centre better up their game and the employees better change this bad attitude... The trading hrs issue HAS GOT TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!!
