Worst customer service

We had a very unpleasant customer experience at Nandos Pavilion Durban. Firstly it took us more than 30 minutes to receive our meal.

The cashier was not even paying attention while we were ordering which results in getting wrong order.

The bathrooms in the outlet was also very dirty; as in very dirty and I wasn’t expecting that from a food outlet. We informed the waiter and they told us they have been cleaned half an hour ago.
