Worst customer service

Poor service , when I ordered my meal I wanted to enjoy after work

But to tell you the truth I am angry and disappointed

I didn't enjoy my meal and it was not worth the money I paid for

I want my refund from the person who prepared my meal cause I made sure by repeating to the lady who was taking my order. The receipt is available for reference

I just received a call from katlego from nandos savanna mall who is not willing to give me my refund

I am stating it clearly, I want my refund from the person who prepared my meal cause I received a meal which I didn't enjoy after I specifically requested an extra sauce but the Person decided to do his wish
