Worst customer care experience!!!
On Friday night my husband and I decided to pop into our local nandos for a take away. When we got there the Trainee that took our order was so rude and his attitude was pathetic!! Such a pathetic first impression. Secondly the lady packing the food had a horrible attitude when we requested for extra butter. We didn't mind paying for the extra butter but when we asked for just 2 extra butters she refused. Sis! What disgusting service. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this nandos. These people behave as if they are paying for the meals that you order. Pathetic.
