Worse Service at Nandos Leaping Frog

Nandos at Leaping Frog in fourways, please get your house in order. The way we were treated is not a way to treat a client.

We drive to Fourways from Riverside View and when we get there we are told that due to COVID-19 no walkins or sit-ins will be allowed. Fine we understand that, how are about we place an order and we collect I mean we at the store already and besides we not here to dine we just want our chicken and we go home. The response we got is that we can only get help if we place the order online on by calling, oryt we make a call we place an order and we head back home. While on the way we get confirmation that the driver will arive at 14h00 hours, mind you the order was place before 13h00. Ok fine fine when we get home we wait a bit and we call just to check on the order and we are told the driver is on the way. We wait a bit more, now it 15h00 and when we call back to check the order we are now told that they do not deliver to Riverside View.

That was the worse service ever
