Work attitudes and short changing the refund 0

Placed an order at nandos at brackenhurst branch, they said the order would be ready in 8 minutes I went I to dischem which took quite some time more then 8 mins,could have been half an hour,after collecting my medication I went back to nandos to pick my order when I got the I handed my receipt to a worker there he went to look for the order then murmuring something and they were laughing he came back with a grin on his face saying he can't find the order and they will prepare a new one. So I went back to my car to drop off my things when I got back to nandos as I sat this wirker at nandos was saying something to his do workers and they were laughing, so I couldn't stand their behaviour and ask to a refund they frustrated me t with Thier attitude i made like I'm taking a video their laugher stopped, I would never go back to nandos after dealing with workers like this and ti make matters worst the worker refund me the incorrect amount which only checked when I got home instead of paying me R229.00 he gave me R198.40 so bad service and robbing customers instead of provided required service to a customer.
