Wingless Flight of a chicken

I made an order and paid online with Nando`s Norwood, and was wowed by the response time and the 3 Hot Pot Mozam Paprika and 1 Hot Pot Pap were great; Thank you. The issue started when the delivery guy called to state to me, not request; but state to me that he is leaving the order with the Security at the gate, as he cannot wait for at least 2 minutes to allow me to come to the gate. He continued to add that the order has already been paid for, thus he is leaving it at the complex gate. I asked if was it an error that i paid online, for my food order to simply be dumped at the gate; and not be offered the courtesy of collecting my food - confirming the order, like "pay on delivery" customers? - his response was that he has many orders and cant wait. I quickly hurried to the gate, and yes he had waited for no more than 2 minutes: i greeted, and was rep**** by a short and snubby "Sho!"; and the food package was... I'll say handed to me; even though I felt as though it was shoved in my hands, and he turned and walked away. Since "The Other" customers were more important than me, I thought to leave this unappetizing experience; and gather the momentum I had - waiting for the meal.

Lo and behold,... I open the package in which the meals were delivered in; Yes, the 4 meals were there; but are we (the order was made for 4 people) expected to use our fingers to eat? There are no utensils, am not sure if I also had to select online if we needed utensils aswell.

I must say that the experience I was offered this evening this evening, was unexpected - and leaves a bitter sweet taste in my mouth; denying me the tasty joy of my Mozam Paprika meal. If I were home i would have simply used my own utensils and disregarded this; though we are at work, and there is no way of getting either s**** nor fork.
