Wilted lettuce in burger, wrong side, ruined meal
Nando's! What happened? I'm a fan for life of yours, but you did me wrong tonight.<br> <br> I ordered my usual from your Brackenfell store this evening, 17/5<br> <br> Double chicken burger (mild) &<br> Large coleslaw<br> <br> I had my food to go, as usual.<br> <br> When I get home, I see that the burger's lettuce is wilted, unlike the crispy fresh lettuce I've come to expect from your food!<br> <br> WHat's more, I got a regular side of coleslaw instead of a large, for which I paid for. <br> <br> I spent more than a R100 bucks on a burger and salad at Nando's, and my meal was ruined. Paying that much for a burger is like paying Spur prices, and I don't mind as long as the quality's good and I enjoy it. But paying R100 for wilted lettuce and being skimped on my legit large side and given a regular side is too much<br> <br> Also, after s****ing off the disgusting lettuce from the burger, the burger was far too hot for mild. I always take mild and know what mild tastes like. It burned me, so I think they must have made it hot, which I didn't ask for!<br> <br> So wrong sized side (for which I paid for a large one and got regular!) disgusting and old ingredients and too hot. <br> <br> You make me sad Nando's, I thought I meant more to you than that.
