Why run a promotion if you gonna treat clients like you're doing them a favour.

I was so excited for Nandos ' 30th birthday special , I usually get the best service at Nandos Kempton hence i never second guess tipping the waiters , but today's experience with the manager to make matters worse made me feel differently about it . So it's the 30th birthday special with a quarter chicken. roll, chips and soft drink , we can't pick the quarter we want (breast or leg) , we can't have extra sauce , LIKE WHAT IS NANDOS WITHOUT THE SAUCE , promotion or no promotion we love Nandos for their unique sauces , personally a chicken leg gives me heartburn so i always prefer the breast , out of all five meals i bought for my colleagues and i i got tiny dry legs and it just blew the excitement for the promo away. The manager was every rude and didn't bother to explain anything , I felt like i had no choice but to just take it or leave it. Very very bad experience.
