Why not just close down Nando's Randfontein

Seriously nandos??? Your lack of caring is shocking. Posted a complaint about cold food and not all food delivered. This was was posted on 26 February 2021. On 27 February 2020 the Manager from Nandos Randfontein phoned me and i explained clearly to her that i wanted the owner of the shop or the Operational manager from nandos toe phone me and that i did not want to discus anything with her because i already spoke to a manager that night of the incident and she was not helpful at all. On the 28th February i got an email saying that nandos responded with a "private" message witch i never got and then ticket was closed. so this is how nandos sorts out complaints?? Just close the ticket and stuff you customer. On the 2 March a guy phoned me and i explained that i was in hospital and if he could phone me back on 5th March and he said yes. This is now over 2 weeks since complaint was posted on hellopeter. Nandos Randfontein has no care in the world about their customers. Well done.
