When is Nandos going to call me

When is Nandos going to contact me. I have placed an online order on 9th/11/2018 the order was directed to Parow not Milnerton. I called the number that was displayed online ********** 955. I spoke to Mbali and explained the problem she promised to call me back. Within 5 min I called as I was panicking that the order is going to be done in Parow and I requested a manager who told me to call the store. She then transfer me to Parow. In parow they had advised me there is nothing they can do I need to call the call centre. I called again the call centre the guy that spoke to me advised to follow this up and he was going to call me Monday for my refund. Its Thursday now and still no refund. ********** 019 is my number. Your service is just pathetic.
