When bad service becomes normal
<p>Went to Nandos at Mandahill Mall in Lusaka, Zambia where I bought the two chicken combo and instead of a drumstick on one of the chickens, I was given a bare bone. When I called the manager to complain, the guy had the audacity to say I was given a low quality drumstick. I guess that what bare meatless bone is called nowadays. I was infuriated by his unapologetic behaviour I had to ask if i was speaking to the manager. I called him out on his lack of customer service s****s and he wasnt moved. I coulnd belive that Nandos, who I have always known to be a decent fast food outfit could be so ***** and unprofessional. </p>
