What a horrible service From Nandos Norwood

I took my family out for dinner on Thursday night at Nandos Norwood, we got there around 20:20 and most of the big tables that could accommodate us were full and the few remaining ones were dirty(not cleared up). We were 7 adults and 3 kids, we occupied one of the big tables that was not cleared up, and my brother went to the counter to place an order and to get someone to come and clean our rable, he was told that someone will come to our table to assist us in placing an order and clearing the table, while we were still waiting the two small tables close to us were occupied and before we knew it the waiters were there taking their orders, we wAited for more than 30 minutes and no one came to us sp I walked up to some waitress who was serving one of the tables close to us to try and assist us, she took more than 15 minutes and when she finally came she told us about how it's busy and we had to order at the counter but that's not what my brother was told when he tried to order. Finally some guy came to take our orders around 21:00 and to clear the table, the waiter abd waitresse did not even introduce themselves but from entering the restaurant at 20:20 we only got to eat at 21:30.
