We waited a long time for our food
First time ever that I had expierenced bad service from this branch we drive there every now and again and we live in Three Rivers because that usually have the best food and best service, I waited about 20 min for our food when I noticed that people after me had already got their food and i know we never wait even 10 min for our food so it was a bit strange, when I got up to ask the lady she said oh it was ready but they never called out my number i told her that our food was already almost cold she said that they already called out the number but I was sitting there when my food was standing there whithout me knowing and not once they called my number, I had a problem with my card declining and went outside when the might have called it but still in those 20 minutes i sat there not once did that ever just called out the numbers of food that stood there getting cold.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
