WE DONT HAVE FOOD TO SELL
Called Nando's in Schoeman street yesterday just after 7 to order food that needed to be delivered to a guest house around the corner from the store.<br> Took the person who answered the phone about 5 minutes to get my cell number, name and address.<br> Then to top it all off she says that they don't have 6 leg portions to sell to me.<br> It's late and I should try somewhere else and drops the phone, when I finally got through again rudeness was the order of the day.<br> I have always supported Nando's but not so sure anymore.<br> I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service or training that people who answer phones at a national franchise receive.<br> Not to mention that Nando's does not sell chicken????
