Waiting over 2 hours for an order

Such pathetic service, I placed an order at 15:21, it was supposed to be delivered at 16:10. It is now 17:30 and still no delivery???? The link that they send you via SMS states that my order has already been delivered to me???

Seriously Nando's??? Absolutely pathetic!!!
