Waiting over 2 hours for a delivery!

Twice now I have ordered from nandos that is 10 mins away from my house for a delivery and both times they took over 2 hours to deliver it, and when I phone they tell me that the driver is waiting for other orders in my area, so why do I have to pay a fee if they gonna make me wait until there's more orders from my area before they come to deliver... I won't waste my time with this place if I were you... It's called fast food for a reason!
