Waiting for food order for 1:30min
Good day,<br> <br> I ordered food at nandos 12:58pm called the following number ***. then they send me the following message Hi Lerato, your order from Nandos Sancardia will be delivered at about 1:43 PM :) Review your order at [URL Removed] as I write this complaint I still haven't received my order. when I phone the above number they tell its nandos call centre they did order food, I must check with the store, they gave me the following number ***, I called the store and they lady reffered me to the manager Lesedi. I tell her that i'm still waiting for my food i'm hungry she tells me the call centre send them an sms that I cancelled, I tell her how do we solve this she tells me she will send food but I still have to pay for the food, she said they will send the driver quickly and that was 40min ago. I'm hungry and I want food please nandos. this is a disgrace from nandos.
