Waiting 3 hours for my order - Nandos St. Johns Pinetown
<p>I placed a HUGE order for my work place at 11:45, I have phoned numerous times and it is still not here, when i call them to find out where my order is they tell me they only have 2 drivers available and asked me to collect it. I would not have asked for delivery if I could collect it. I advise them to let their manager deliver as that is what Great customer service is all about, and they tell me the manager does not have a car. I literally called 2 minutes ago because it is now 1:42 and I still have not received the order. They know that it is month end and they are going to be busy, they need to cater for this. Please can someone help this Nandos understand what proper customer service is???!!!</p>
