Waiting 2 hours for food?
Placed an order using UberEats 2 hours ago and the restaurant is still preparing the food whilst the Uber driver is waiting outside the branch. Not only have they made me wait over 2 hours for food, they've made the poor Uber driver lose income from other deliveries because of their incompetence.
