Waited over 30 minutes for food

We placed an order for sit in at 15:26. Chicken and wedges. We waited over 30 minutes before we got our food. We did not receive our drinks on time, when we eventually got them, we had to drink from cans as glasses were not provided. The manager on duty, Perpertua was not able to explain the reason for the delay nor apologise. Its highly unacceptable to get such cold treatment from a senior staff member. I feel she needs further training on how to handle customers.
