Waited 30 mins while the worker cleaned the grilling area for 30 minutes only to get burnt meat

So we waited 30 minutes and others were there before us waiting. The guy who grills the meat was cleaning the stove during trading hours and approximately 15 customers were waiting for their orders while this guy cleaned the grilling place for over half an hour and during the cleaning session they were having they were busy laughing about it and this guy who was cleaning kept on repeating that we as customers will wait for him after waiting that long they then decide to grill the meat but while doing that this other guy starts cleaning with soap right next to where the meat is being grilled...is that even allowed? What if the soap went into the meat? Is that even hygienic? How disgusting utterly unprofessional for a restaurant. On top of that we're served burnt meat BURNT MEAT...really ? Seriously? so we waited for approximately an hour for burnt meat I'll attach pics I took. Ulundi nando's is chaotic unprofessional restaurant that needs new well trained staff who understand why their at Nandos...we paid for absolute nothing and ate ******* ???
