Vinger Overload
Nandos was thee best flamed grilled chicken outlet,but not any more. Number one, customer satisfaction has gone out the window. I mean ,I can guarantee you after this post they wont change a thing, but reply with "we will contact you". Please don't.
Number two, the prices are ridiculous. They are way over market related prices for terrible food.
Number three, Nandos chicken looks like they have been starved and were on death bed just before being grilled....are you guys grilling chicken as soon as its hatched?
Number four, the taste of the authentic Nandos is long gone....should advertise Vinegar Chicken. Overload of vinegar in there meals and sauces to bulk up. The heat rating has dropped.
and its just not me....millions will agree you guys have lost it and with the way its going i don't think being in the food business is for you guys. If attitudes don't change, management doesn't change and high end decision makers are not changed then Nandoa will just be a phase.Hear the Nandos people talk...we are the ones that make you guys rich.
