Very very poor service by NANDO'S KING WILLIAMS TOWN

Today evening I visited Nados king William's town. I went with my family and ordered to eat in there and also same time I ordered for my brother for his house delivery. Total amount was 900 rands . The time I placed both orders it was 7pm and when I came home at 8.30 them the home delivery order was deliverd . This is rediculous unacceptable, what a poor service by staff and management. I was there and it was not even busy so I could understand that they were very very busy but they were not . I am not so happy about all this .BIG NO NO NO
