Very unhappy with the service i've been getting off late

This is not even about helping others make informed decisions but getting value for your money, some may see it as something minor but i know for most people it's not. So today ordered my meal via UberEats, and can't blame them not one bit cause how my order was prepared has nothing to do with them but everything to do with the staff, my meal was dry with not even a tiny bit of source and the funny thing is i even indicated that i needed extra source, i am really not happy and its not the first time something like this happens. Your staff really needs to do better and the company as whole needs to do something about this.
