Very poor customer service

We are on holiday in Kzn and opted to eat out as a family at your Ushaka Marine outlet. What a disappointment! One would think that after the restaurant industry suffered So much from lockdown restrictions that businesses like yourself would appreciate your loyal customers. We placed our orders and then waited for our food, when it arrived there was no salt and no vinegar on the table, after I’ve asked the waitress and she said she would bring my daughter had to go twice and ask for it to be brought to the table. We placed our order at 13:10 and at 13:40 only we received the Cranberry Cos Shr non alcoholic drink which we had to ask for 4 times !!! Now in gauteng we drink our beverages WITH our food and not after. This kind of service is not appreciated and one got the feeling that the staff and management at this branch is doing customers a favour by serving customers
