Very Late Delivery
I called to place an order at the Nandos in Pinetown Sanlam Centre and an order usually does not take more than 5-10 minutes to get delivered especially in my case as I work just downstairs from Nandos. The guy who came to deliver the order was 50 minutes late, which according to the manager was alright. The delivery guy could not even offer me an explanation as to why I waited an hour to get my food. When I called the store and asked to speak to the manager he said that I'm lying and my order was just 45 minutes late as if to say he did not see a problem with that when I had mentioned at the beginning of the conversation that I have never waited that amount of time.
