Very impressed with Telephonic Orders
I called in last night to the Nando's in Horizon View to place an order for pickup. I have given telephonic orders to various other food establishments, but never have I come across one as efficient as the Nando's system. They got my name right the first time (which never ever happened at other restaurants), they got my order right and I was told when the order will be ready. To my surprise it was 8 minutes. After I hung up the phone, I received an SMS with my name and order details. Very impressed. I wasn't certain my order will be ready in just 8 minutes, but I went anyway, and there it was waiting for me :) Thank you for the exceptional service! I didn't get the ladies name, but if you can let them know their service last night was exceptional that would be great.
