Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed ☹️

On the 18th, from the Nando’s app we bought the Sosatie platter for R349 and other items. We drove to the store to collect it and when we got home the platter was dry with no sauces (lemon and herb sauce).

We immediately reported the matter on the app, website and by email (with photos). To date no one has responded to rectify the issue.

This is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. Lack of accountability when you have messed means Nando’s is inconsiderate of their customers and service delivery….

Nando’s is the worst food retailer I’ve ever had to deal with. This is not the first time they messed up my order and not take steps to rectify it…
