very dissapointed with their chicken

good evening im so dissapointed with the meal that i odered today at nandos westgate mall. the service was very quick as the que was moving but my chicken was burned and the saurce was nothing like a nandos saurce i dont know what happened there but i coudnt finish my meal as appetite was ruined by the sour/bitter and burned taste .i regret buying this meal i wish i woudve gone for something else like puzza. whole night spoiled because of not getting any value for my hard earned money i hope they sort out their kitchen and quick.
