Very disappointing service

Ordered on the Nandos app for collection at Mthatha Savoy. When I got there my order was not prepared yet. I didn't not even get an apology from the cashier and manager on duty. No reply or what so ever from Nandos after complaining on their app as well. What a disappointment 😞
