Very Disappointing Nandos meal

I bought a family meal (Full chicken and 4 sides) on Wednesday night at the Parow branch that literally ruined our evening, we basically had a boiled/steamed tasteless chicken with blood on the bone joints , the spinach was very bland and watery, the spicy rice had way too much turmeric/borrie in it, however the Wedges were perfect. Utterly disappointed.
