Very dangerous practice - Risky communication
Please Norwood Halaal branch, ask you (cooking staff in uniform) not to hangout with others outdoors during their smoking cessation (your guy was setting with other friends; 6+ of them at the corner of Grant Ave and William Rd smoking and shaking hands while wearing his kitchen uniform and head cover).
As a healthcare provider, this is a massive breach to the current Phase-4 lockdown. Your staff should not be in contact with homeless, friends or bystander outside the business. Think of the safety of the other staff and your customers.
I am reporting this because I do care as cases are in escalation. Unfortunately I'll not trust your food during the fasting month of Ramadan simply because this reaction was a clear indication of lack of staff HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) training and education.
Hope you will take serious action and stop letting your staff repeating the same mistake. I do care about your lovely and friendly staff and the action of that guy was no bigger than a ******** act. PLEASE TALK AND EDUCATE YOUR STAFF. People must stay at home, essential staff must stay at worksite till last min and avoid (UNKNOWN CASES) contact.
