Very bad service from Nandos musgrave

I ordered Nandos at musgrave online and paid online on the 18 of November 2018. The time was 15:40, I waited till it was 16:40 without them delivering, I than called the restaurant and they told me that the driver was on his way and will be here in 15 minutes. After 15minutes I called again and they said the driver is not picking up. The driver arrived at 17:40 which was 2 hours after I ordered and they did not even call to apologise especially the manager since she was the one I was communicating with. I am very angry and disappointed because I was sick and hungry and I could not took my pills without eating. Please looks in to this matter urgently.
