Very bad service

We ordered on the app. The order was scheduled to be delivered at 19h35. 19h40 we phoned to ask if the delivery guy is on his way, they told us the delivery is already out and we whould recieve it soon. Our order finally arrived at 20h24. The food was cold and the chicken was very dry. Very disappointed, the customer has to constantly follow up if the food is still being delivered. Totally not worth the price.
