Very bad service

On the 26 /04/2021 around 17:47 something i went to keywest nandos to buy a full chicken plus a milkshake that cost R285 a cashier named precious assistant me give me a speed point to purchase my transaction it went through said approved got a sms she then proceed and said i must go to the next window wen i got there they now say my transaction was declined and mind do i work for the bank i said impossible they said they is nothing they can do we spended about 20mins going back and forward i went home drive back wanted to see the manger who name is jack and nanky who call my bank to confirm the transaction the bank confirmed the transaction and said it was successful paid the petrol i waited and time i will never buy from nados again
