Very bad food
It's been more than 20 years when I last bought something at Nandos . So I decide to buy myself and my mom a lemon and herp 1/4 leg with chips at the Montana brach near kolenade. I did not get n 1/4 leg I got n piece of chicken it looked like it was part of a full chicken that was cut up. To make it worse it was peri peri and my mom could not even enjoy her food. Disappointing....

20 Mar 2021, 11:40Hi Nandos well done on the way my issue was handled. I was contacted the same day by your manager Denio who apologized and invited me back to have my meal replaced. Myself and my mother went today and was assist by Freddie who help us and replaced our meal. We have enjoyed it and it was exactly what we expected. Thanks Nandos Montana you won your customer back. It's never about the compliant, as a lot of people will always complaint but is about making an effort to retain the customer so well done Nandos team...
