Very bad customer service
Nandos in flora centre Florida north...wow I call and place an order for delivery and when I'm speaking lady seems to think it ok to speak to someone else at the same time .... told it will be 30 to 40 mins....all good ....hour goes by nothing.....i phone ask about my order and told that they waiting for delivery guys who just got there so will be delivered now....30mins go by and still nothing and my office is down the road.....call again just to be told that they are not delivering due to weather .....now I'm ****ed......so I ask when was I going to get a call staying they are not delivering and why did they tell me 30mins ago when I call that not delivering....sorry is all I got.....so now I go and fetch my order....ask to speak to manager and tell her that I am actually disgusted in the poor service .....she tells me sorry they just found out now about no delivery and were going to call me to say.....really ...im sure u were....so now cold food ....i ask for fresh chips at least and asked them to make sure everything was there in my order...they say yes everything is there....i get back to the office and no roll and chicken livers is half only ......my whole office will not be ordering food from you again. Definitely need to train your staff and teach them about hood customer service...disgrace is what is it .....lost 15 customers well done
