Very Angry for the incorrect Order

Why did you pack in an incorrect order, i paid for half chicken only to receive a quarter chicken, why are you becoming ******* we but this meals for our kids not for you guys to ***** the meal. I want my money back as i had to order something else for my kids. Half chicken and quarter chicken is two different things....
