Utterly useless staff - these people should not in

I went to Nandos in Centurion Lifestyle Centre and purchased a meal at the Drive Thru. I was firstly given the wrong meal, which cost way more than mine, despite the fact that I was requested to hand my slip in, which I handed back. About 10 minutes later I was given my meal, but 1 the quarter chickens I had ordered was incorrectly flavoured, so I handed it back and was asked to go and park and they would bring the meal to me as they could only put it on the griller then and this was going to take time and hold up the cars behind mine.<br> <br> I parked, as requested and twenty minutes later I was still waiting. I then left my car and went inside the restaurant and handed them back their meal and asked for my money back and only then did the person servicing the Drive Thru remember that I was still waiting and only then did they start grilling the chicken. When I again demanded my money back, she went and called the 'manager', who took his own time and proceeded to take new orders from customers before assisting me.<br> <br> The whole establishment is full of could not care less, hopeless and useless staff. The 'manager' is the worst of the lot, could not possibly 'manage' a credible thought
