Utterly Disgusting Service

<p>Good afternoon, I have visisted your Nando's outlet on Pixley Kaseme street (Mutual Mall) today and as always received pathetic service. A few weeks back I had to wait almost half an hour to receive my order and today, the very same thing occured. One of my orders was processed at placed at 13:05 and the other at 13:07, (Order numbers 19 and 22), I had been waiting for my order 25 minutes, until I decided to ask for a manager. I was first told that there is no manager on duty and that the manager would tell me the same thing that the guy behind the counter did and that was that he is only assembling the order and cannot help any further. I then insisted on speaking to whoever was standing in for the manager and was address by the manageress, who then took a further 10 minutes to assemble order 19 as no-one had a clue what was going on with my orders.This seems to be the regualr behaviour of the staff of that outlet. To add fuel to the flame, upon opening my food, I was suprised to see that order 22 looked more like a starter portion rather that the full portion that I paid for, beyond that the rolls were extremely stale and crumbled into pieces when tried to slice it. It's pointless putting up a fancy building when the service is nothing to be recommended. I have resorted to never visisting that outlet again as I receive way better service from the surrounding competitors.</p>
