Utterly disappointed with Nandos - Durban North

This evening I ordered one full chicken + 2 sharing sides (Rolls & Chips) for R219. I specifically requested that the chicken be cut into 8 pieces, grilled well done, hot in flavour & be given extra basting. The chicken I received was not even hot, no basting given. Was not even grilled well done as requested. There was no butter given with the rolls. With the prices that Nandos are asking for, one would expect the service & food to be beyond excellent. This is not the case with Nandos Durban North. I am utter disappointed & will not be supporting this branch any longer.
